Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life doesn't always pan out the way you expect and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you're needing to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice where possible.

We aim to fill all cancelled appointments and giving us notice helps us do this. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% for the appointment you are booked in for.

Should you fail to attend an appointment, this will also incur a 50% appointment fee.
